Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in a hotel front office or related field preferred
• Computer proficiency required
• Customer service experience strongly preferred
