Job Description
We're looking for a Home Health SLP to join our care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health speech language pathologists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a speech and hearing program certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association to practice in the state in which you work.
- License and certification as a Speech Therapist, issued by the state in which you will work.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
