Home Health SLP, Part Time $5,000 Bonus

We're looking to add a Home Health SLP to our extraordinary care team to provide management and delivery of patient care plans in Columbia, PA. The position comes with a $5,000 First Year Success Bonus.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a speech and hearing program certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association
• License and certification as a Speech Therapist, issued by the state in which you will work.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
