UX Researcher I

We are seeking a User Experience Researcher with strong skills in qualitative and quantitative user research and testing methods to work cross-functionally across design, product management, engineering, and marketing to understand gaps and needs, and plan and execute user research that generates useful insights.

Requirements

• Experience in human factors, cognitive psychology, human-computer interaction, user experience design, or a related field
• 2 years of relevant work experience in user research and usability testing
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex insights to non-technical
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
