Job Description
As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will own the design and operational execution of patient engagement campaigns across our CRM channels, translating the engagement strategy into concrete, measurable actions.
Requirements
- CRM experience (around 3 years)
- Digital campaign management experience
- Patient/user engagement experience
- Hands-on experience with multichannel marketing automation tools
- Strong writing skills in French and good command of English
- Analytical mindset and knowledge of campaign KPIs
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email formatting and basic troubleshooting
