Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Distribution Center (DC) by managing daily performance systems, leading the 5S program, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or related roles within a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, 5S methodology, and process documentation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for training and team engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CI tools (Kaizen, PDCA, etc.)
- Previous experience in SOP creation and updates required
- Technical writing experience is a plus
