Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated experience leading Oracle enterprise platforms (ERP, OCI, data, analytics, integrations)
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML, analytics, or intelligent automation solutions at scale
- Strong experience with cloud architectures, data platforms, and enterprise integrations
- Experience managing large transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong understanding of information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
- Proven ability to build talent, mentor leaders, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation
