The Senior IT Oracle Business Analyst will analyze, design, develop and maintain financial, accounting and tax systems to deliver best-in-class capabilities for global finance functions. The role will provide highly-valued consulting level support and guidance through key IT initiatives, supporting the business in adoption of best practice using best-in-class solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion
- Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Cost Management)
- Good Knowledge in Order to Cash processes
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills with colleagues at all level of the business
- Good organizational skills
- Good communications skills (verbal and in written English)
- Self-motivating, takes ownership and engenders self-motivation in the squad
- Demonstrates initiative and engenders initiative throughout the squad
- Demonstrate a degree of flexibility in relation to business and operational needs and the demands of a multi-national enterprise
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to translate business inputs into viable solutions
- Demonstrates good team-working skills, working with other squads and other functions to deliver successful outcomes
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the environment in which ResMed operates, including the ability to identify regulatory and legal compliance
