The Finance team aims to be a trusted partner, bringing business acumen and financial expertise to aid decision-making. We are seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist to join our team and build scalable data models, develop intuitive data views, and support self-service dashboards.
Requirements
- Design scalable and user-friendly data models
- Create business-friendly data views
- Support building and maintaining self-service dashboards and reporting tools
- Partner with EFS leadership and process owners
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance
- Contribute to the development of an EFS productivity metric framework and dashboard suite
- Support EFS initiatives on process standardization efforts
- Support training and guidance to business users
