Lead, UX Design

At Resmed, we’re on a mission to improve lives with every breath. We’re looking for a Lead UX Designer to help shape the future of our consumer-facing digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX design experience in fast-paced, agile environments
• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices
• Proven success delivering intuitive, delightful products informed by research
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative setting
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology—or equivalent experience
