Senior Specialist, UX Design

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead experience design for the Resmed Online Store (ROS) — a global commerce platform connecting providers, distributors, and patients to Resmed's products and services.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing complex digital experiences within commerce, SaaS, or enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence in commerce workflows, data-rich interfaces, or regulated digital environments.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools for end-to-end UX delivery.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-integrated experiences spanning ERP, CRM, and fulfillment systems.
• Experience applying AI-assisted design tools, data experimentation, and personalization frameworks to optimize user experiences.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills with cross-functional teams including Product, CX, and Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business and user outcomes through UX strategy.
