As a Senior Engineer, Motor Design, you'll own the electromagnetic heart of our next-generation CPAP motorized blowers. You'll take concepts from blank sheet to high-volume production, balancing acoustic performance, efficiency, thermal limits, reliability, size, cost, and regulatory constraints.
Requirements
- Design DC electric motors with proven experience from ideation through mass production
- Apply critical thinking to solve novel problems, utilizing specialized knowledge in electromagnetics and motor design
- Collaborate with cross-functional team including other design engineers, sourcing engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality
- Communicate technical concepts to less technical team members, and/or those from other sub-specialties
