Maintenance Tech

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Las Vegas is looking to add to their hospitality family as a Maintenance Tech. The role involves routine maintenance, repair work, and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. As a Maintenance Tech, you'll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and other team members to ensure timely responses to issues and proactive care for hotel systems.

Requirements

• Complete assigned maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel's interior and exterior areas
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness, condition, and safety
• Maintain working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and shuttle vehicle systems
• Respond to guest service requests and reported issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Support pool and spa maintenance, including chemical testing and accurate logbook upkeep
• Assist with inspections, preventative maintenance routines, and safety compliance tasks
• Maintain clean and safe maintenance spaces and tools; monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
• Report and escalate equipment failures, unsafe conditions, or guest-related concerns
• Perform cleaning and upkeep in public areas such as hallways, stairwells, elevators, and service corridors
• Support shuttle transportation needs when required (valid driver's license required)
• Follow company and brand standards, OSHA safety practices, and local codes
