As Resolution Life continues to evolve and grow, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director, HR Compensation to develop and maintain a comprehensive benefits strategy, provide compensation guidance, and manage annual benefits open enrollment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior Reward or Compensation & Benefits role
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools and job evaluation methodologies
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
