Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help scale hiring across North America. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders and act as a trusted advisor to help us grow the teams that power Resolver’s success.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience across a range of positions and teams
- Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Experience recruiting for a fast-paced company
- Experience hiring in Go To Market functions like sales and marketing is a huge plus
- Champion diversity - go beyond the corporate speak of DEI recruiting
- Solid understanding of ATS tools (JobVite or Oracle Recruiting Cloud are a bonus!) and recruiting technologies
