Job Description
The HR Business Partner will conduct weekly meetings with business units, provide HR guidance, and manage employee relations issues. They will also develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with the HR group, and provide performance management guidance to line management.
Requirements
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Previous experience in casino resort and/or hospitality strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Human Resources practices in multiple disciplines
- Working knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and regulations
