Market Engagement Lead - Business Analyst

Resource Innovations is seeking a Market Engagement Lead – Business Analyst to join their growing team in California. The role will support program operations and lead projects to enhance engagement with utility customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy efficiency program operations, business analysis, or utility program delivery, with a passion for sustainability and environmental impact.

Requirements

• Must be located in the state of California.
• Experience supporting utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs, preferably in California.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and program database systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability and passion for environmental impact.
