Job Description
RMC is seeking a highly experienced Capture Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across DoD and federal agency customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a technical discipline, or related field
- 10+ years of capture management experience supporting DoD and/or federal civilian agencies
- Demonstrated success leading strategic captures for opportunities valued at $50M+
- Strong knowledge of government contracting processes, acquisition strategies, and competitive positioning
- Proven leadership, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Active security clearance preferred, but not required
