Client Manager, Service Delivery

We are seeking a Service Delivery Client Manager to lead a high-performing team, build trusted partner relationships with clients, and support business growth. The role involves daily operations management, team management, policy and compliance, talent development, performance management, personnel management, talent engagement and retention, business development, client management, new client onboarding, and information security compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations or related
• 1-2 years' experience leading a team
• Secondary education, four-year duration (vocational, artistic, secondary school)
• Computer Literacy and Typing Skills
• English proficiency - reading, writing
• Microsoft Office Skills
