We are seeking a Director, Client Development to lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals responsible for achieving sales targets and client retention objectives. The role requires a passion for leading high-performing teams and driving strategic revenue growth, with a focus on fostering trusted partner relationships and navigating the complex landscape of the insurance industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- 10–15 years of experience in sales and/or account management within insurance, BPO, or a related industry
- 7+ years of experience in leading and managing professional teams
- Proven record of sales success and an established understanding of the core business of insurance clients
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence all levels of an organization
- Technologically savvy, including proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management skills with a proven record of achieving consensus and effective results in project implementation
- Ability to thrive and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time
- Industry designations such as CIC, CPCU, AINS, or CRS are preferred but not required
