Job Description
We are looking for a Lead UX Strategist to take ownership of the user experience end-to-end, working closely with product and engineering teams to shape the vision, define the direction, and translate complex challenges into intuitive, effective, and impactful experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX / product design with a proven record of strategic impact
- A portfolio that demonstrates both design craft and strategic thinking
- Background working in SaaS / B2B environments
- Ability to move between high-level vision and detailed design work
- Strong communication skills—you can explain the “why” behind your decisions to varied audiences
- Familiarity with design systems and cross-platform consistency
- Comfort working across research, design, and business alignment
