Job Description
ResPro Health is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Enrollment Team as a Care Management Scheduler. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Jacksonville, FL, rotating between two local practice locations. The role works directly alongside providers to enroll patients in Care Management programs.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a busy medical office environment
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
