The Clinical Services Specialist provides supportive clinical services to participants enrolled in reStart housing and stabilization programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience providing mental health, crisis intervention, or supportive services in community-based settings.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing housing instability, behavioral health concerns, or complex life challenges.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and strengths-based service delivery.
- Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic case management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation when community-based services are required.
