Learning Operations Specialist

Join our global affiliate marketing team as a Learning Operations Specialist to drive traffic and generate leads for our clients. As a critical role, you will ensure seamless operations, efficient systems, and high-quality learner experiences by administering the Learning Management System, leading program logistics, and driving continuous improvement across learning processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in learning operations, HR operations, L&D program management, or a related field
• Strong experience administering LMS platforms and learning technologies
• Solid understanding of scheduling, logistics, and vendor management
• Experience identifying process improvements and implementing automation solutions
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ingenuity and initiative required to collect information, coordinate activities with others, and resolve routine and/or factual problems
