Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in learning & development or training leadership
- Professional services experience preferred
- Strong program management, coordination, and organizational skills
- Experience managing large-scale training programs
- Strong project management discipline
- Ability to execute across multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- High professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
