Technical Support Specialist (Remote in US)

Resultant is an outcomes-focused consulting firm that helps clients make technology a strategic asset and use data to guide better decisions. The Technical Support Specialist will provide amazing support to clients, escalating customer support requirements as appropriate and communicating relevant information. The role involves preparing desktops, laptops, and miscellaneous hardware for customers, keeping customer documentation up-to-date, and delivering assigned operational and project commitments to customers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral
• Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions to non-technical individuals
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as necessary
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role
• Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
