Job Description
Retail Information Systems is seeking an Application Support Technician to diagnose and resolve complex IT challenges. The position will provide solutions to clients on various technical issues across multiple platforms in a Windows/Oracle environment.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Windows
- Advanced knowledge of system hardware and installation
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of database concepts and functionality (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, etc...)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with advanced SQL functions or retail systems (preferable)
