Job Description
We are looking for a Production Assistant/Support Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. This is an entry-level position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated learner who is comfortable working with Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, XML, and other technical tools.
Requirements
- Assist with and execute product installations for clients
- Monitor product services and servers, and troubleshoot issues when needed
- Manage deadlines and respond in a strong and clear manner via email, phone, and in person
- Participate in product development cycles, sprints, and quality assurance
