- Experienced in providing exceptional levels of one-to-one customer service
- Worked with home products, beauty, or fashion-based products
- Managed a team of 5-10 employees
- Ability to manage KPIs: Conversion, UPT, Sales, Mystery shop
- Ability to manage a P&L
