Retain is a cloud platform that provides companies with a 360 degree view of the cost to service and support their customers. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the Retain customer pipeline.
Requirements
- Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the Retain customer pipeline.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
- Prospect into cold accounts and warm leads at some of the largest SaaS and professional services companies.
- Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities.
