Job Description
We are RetentionX, a customer value and execution layer for commerce. We're hiring a Founding Sales Lead, Ecommerce to build a new, relationship-led strategic sales motion for high-potential commerce brands. This role requires someone who can create demand through thoughtful account development, credible relationships, and strategic conversations with serious buyers.
Requirements
- Create and close net-new revenue from high-potential commerce brands.
- Build a finite, strategic account universe and develop real relationships inside it.
- Engage founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of eCommerce, Heads of Retention, CRM/lifecycle leaders, and relevant operators.
- Run the full sales cycle from account selection and first conversation through discovery, business case, demo, negotiation, and close.
- Develop a repeatable sales narrative around customer value, retention, LTV, growth opportunities, tracking/identity, workflows, and agentic execution.
