AI Research Scientist / Engineer - Video Generative AI

Decart is building the future of AI-powered interactive video technologies. We’re seeking a Video Generative AI Research Scientist / Engineer to be a foundational member of our U.S. team.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or MSc with equivalent industry research experience)
• Strong, hands-on background in training generative models (diffusion, rectified flow, etc.)
• Proven experience taking research to production in real-world systems
• Proficiency with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow) and distributed training environments
• Strong track record of publications, patents, or shipped projects in generative AI
