Job Description
We’re seeking an Engineering Operations Lead to own and evolve our internal engineering tools, infrastructure, and deployment processes. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on optimizing how our engineers build, test, and ship software.
Requirements
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for diverse environments—Linux, Windows, Docker, Python, ROS2, and full-stack applications.
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across environments to maximize reliability and velocity.
- Integrate security automation and continuous validation throughout the development pipeline.
- Provision and manage development/test environments, ensuring performance, consistency, and cost-efficiency.
- Version and maintain software packages and dependencies across systems.
- Automate cloud infrastructure (using COTS or custom solutions) for deployment and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure and DevOps workflows.
- Establish key metrics for uptime, deployment frequency, and change lead time.
- Implement SRE best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
- Document all processes and maintain clear operational runbooks for reliability and knowledge transfer.
- Stay current on emerging DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
