Research Scientist

Teamily AI is building the world's first Human-AI Social Network — an AI-native messaging platform where AI agents participate as first-class members in group conversations alongside humans.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field
• 3+ years of post-PhD research experience, or equivalent research impact during a PhD
• 5+ first or co-first author publications at top-tier venues
• Deep expertise in at least two of: multi-agent systems, autonomous agent learning, reinforcement learning (RLHF/online RL), memory and retrieval systems, LLMs, social network modeling, multi-modal AI, or AI evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to translate research into production systems
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
• Active community presence through conferences, peer review, and public engagement
