Apartment Manager

The Apartment Manager oversees the daily operations of two properties while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with housing regulations. The role emphasizes strong customer service, efficient property management, and fostering a safe community environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in senior living, affordable housing, or multifamily housing environments
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC and other affordable housing programs preferred
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and property operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
