Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the buildings, handling general apartment maintenance, and overseeing the upkeep of the grounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of leadership principles with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues
- Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage Maintenance Facilities
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication
