Job Description
The Heartland is a HUD-subsidized retirement community located in Peoria, Illinois. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the buildings, performing general apartment maintenance, and ensuring the grounds are properly maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
