Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the physical condition and overall functionality of the residential community.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Basic understanding of leadership principles with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
