Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, including buildings, common areas, and grounds, supporting overall property operations through general maintenance, timely completion of service requests, and participation in unit turn-key processes.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks.
