Job Description
In this critical role at Bethel Manor I and II and Winona Shores, residential communities located in Alexandria, MN, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the properties, including buildings, common areas, and grounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
- Frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and repetitive activities
- Basic understanding of leadership principles with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues
- Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage Maintenance Facilities
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication
