Job Description
Seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to drive the performance of a regional portfolio of institutional quality assets in Dallas, TX, with heavy travel requirements.
Requirements
- Negotiate lease transactions
- Establish and maintain relationships with tenants
- Hire and work with local leasing brokers
- Oversee capital improvements and building expansions
- Travel to all markets and buildings in the portfolio
- Report on asset performance and make hold/sell recommendations
- Manage the disposition process
- Prepare annual property budgets and business plans
- Work with Acquisitions on underwriting potential deals
