Job Description
Assemble wood cabinets from engineering drawings utilizing a variety of different tools and equipment. Meet all QA and QC standards for each task, function with minimal amount of supervision, and promote use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture.
Requirements
- Installation and fabrication of cabinet components and hardware
- Assist in training cabinet makers at all skill levels
- Laminate cabinets and panels as needed
- Meet all QA and QC standards for each task
- Function with minimal amount of supervision
- Close attention to detail
- Meet standards of safety and 5S
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
