The Technician Maintenance III is responsible for performing preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting issues, repairing failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.

- Three years of experience in manufacturing and facilities maintenance
- One year of experience with HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and basic electrical repair
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must have experience using drill presses, grinders, and other metal working machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of basic assembly processes
- Able to accumulate tools and equipment required to perform assigned tasks
- Lift 40 pounds waist high
- Embrace change
- Read and comprehend documents and prints at a high level
- Work overtime on short notice
- Willing to improve self / area / company (including pursuing additional training, if needed)
- Develop a working knowledge of Spartan’s systems (example: AS/400, maintenance software)
