Job Description
As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of the front-line team responsible for helping patients and their loved ones obtain a higher level of medical care while coordinating the seamless transport experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking capability
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite, Avianis, Call Tracking Metric (or similar platforms)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment
- Flexible, rotating schedule including nights and weekends
