Job Description
The Strategic Sales Engineer (SSE) serves as the technical lead within the sales process, working with Account Executives to translate complex litigation and investigative challenges into practical solutions using Revealās AI-powered eDiscovery platform. The SSE will support opportunities across government sectors by ensuring our offerings align with federal, state, and local technical, security, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Develop, tailor, and deliver product demonstrations that showcase how Reveal products fit into the EDRM lifecycle
- Present technical solutions to government agencies, addressing requirements around FedRAMP, data sovereignty, FOIA workflows, and security controls
- Lead structured evaluations of Revealās capabilities using client data, highlighting the impact of our integrated AI features compared to legacy platforms
- Manage technical responses for government tenders, ensuring compliance with security, accessibility (Section 508), and functional specifications
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team, department, and organizational goals
