Job Description
The Support Analyst is a key member of the team responding to customer inquiries across the full suite of Reveal software, providing timely and thorough support, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve technical problems and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Keen sense of attention to detail
- Problem solver with follow-through on tasks
- 4 to 7 years of working experience
- College degree in Computer Science or Information Systems related area
