Requirements
- Prior experience providing onsite IT or desktop support in an enterprise or professional office environment
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work independently in an onsite setting
