Job Description
We are a Customer Service Contact Center designed to support the Revenue Cycle and Patient Customer Service needs of our healthcare clients. We operate around the simple principles of integrity, passion, and respect.
Requirements
- Handle 80-120 IB calls per day, accurately scheduling clinic visits, imaging, surgeries, labs, and infusion services
- Perform off-phone auditing, pre-authorization duties, and OB calls as required
- 2+ years professional experience, with demonstrated history of retention
- Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)
- Authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus!
- Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
- Must be able to work M-F 7-5pm
