Manufacturing Team Lead / Night Shift / Sun, Mon, Tues 6pm-6:30am and every other Wed 6am-2:30pm. $25.00-$30.00 hour plus 15% differential.

The Manufacturing Team Lead will oversee the routine aspects of key process areas, delegate work assignments, and measure hourly performance against targets. The role requires providing clear communication and direction, ensuring daily production is safely and efficiently processed, and providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and remedial training for less-skilled employees.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in lead role working in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and the related standard operating procedures
• Ability to delegate work effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
