Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ITAD, wholesale sales, or secondary market/re-commerce operations
- Demonstrated ability to develop buyer relationships and close wholesale deals
- Working knowledge of IT asset types, specifications, and grading — particularly laptops and mobile devices
- Strong understanding of secondary market pricing dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
